We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We can provide information on available insurance options upon request.
visaIt is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and any required permits. We are not responsible for any issues related to inadequate travel documentation.
Please inform us of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs at the time of booking. Some tours may have physical activity or health requirements, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are fit for the tour.
Jacko Expert Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, accidents that may occur, and supplier actions.
Any disputes arising from your tour will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal action in accordance with the laws of the Jamaica tourist board act.
